MEET MICHELLE

Michelle is Chase Life Marketing’s Senior Impact Architect, where she leads high-level strategic development, brand positioning, communications, community engagement, and overall account leadership for a diverse portfolio of clients. In this leadership role, Michelle guides the vision, strategy, and execution behind campaigns and initiatives that help clients grow with purpose, clarity, and long-term impact. Known for her ability to connect strategy with meaningful storytelling, she brings nearly twenty years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, event management, and organizational leadership- combining creative insight with operational excellence to drive measurable success.

Throughout her career, Michelle has led teams, directed large-scale projects, managed agency and client relationships, and developed strategic initiatives across multiple industries and markets. Her background spans leadership roles in nonprofit organizations, corporate environments, niche industries and international agency leadership as Chief Marketing Officer, giving her a unique perspective on brand growth, audience engagement, and organizational development. She has built a reputation for strengthening brand perception, cultivating high-performing teams, and implementing data-driven strategies that deliver lasting results. From her work with organizations such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to her leadership across international and local waters alike, Michelle brings a thoughtful blend of executive leadership, strategic direction, and personalized client care to every project she oversees.

With an undergraduate degree from Dallas Baptist University and Masters Studies in Professional Development with an emphasis in Communications, Michelle is a lifelong learner with a passion for helping organizations grow intentionally and sustainably. At Chase Life Marketing, she leverages her extensive leadership and management experience to oversee comprehensive brand development, strategic planning, communications initiatives, and community engagement efforts- ensuring every client experience is cohesive, impactful, and aligned with broader business objectives. Her ability to lead both people and projects with vision, clarity, and encouragement has made her a trusted strategic partner to clients and colleagues alike.

Splitting her childhood between North Carolina and Texas, Michelle and her husband Grayson have proudly called Ellis County home for nearly a decade. An avid historian and preservationist, Michelle has served in multiple community leadership roles, including President of Historic Waxahachie and Board Member of the Ellis County Historical Commission, and was recognized in 2022 as one of Waxahachie’s 40 Under 40 by the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce.

A natural connector and encourager, Michelle is passionate about championing people, preserving stories, and investing in the future of her community. Outside of work, she can often be found restoring their circa 1900 Folk Victorian home, incorporating regenerative agricultural principles into their backyard gardens, or serving at Remedy Church. Though deeply rooted in Ellis County, Michelle and her husband share a love for Scotland, where they travel annually to bag munros, explore heritage sites, and enjoy the country’s rugged landscapes and cooler climate.
